A PLACE TO CELEBRATE

La Amalia’s original, colonial residence will be lovingly converted into a spectacular place to celebrate. At it’s heart, the former family home will be converted into a wholesome, farm-to-table eatery by award-winning architects, ALH Taller de Arquitectura. The thoughtful refurbishment will create a unique destination for events, weddings and celebrations and a showcase for the farm’s abundance of flavours. La Amalia’s fresh farm produce – fruits vegetables and organic livestock – will be converted by an expert team of chefs into the finest Colombian cuisine, a crucial ingredient in La Amalia’s magical mix.

Historic art works by local artist, Horacio Longas and tiles hand-painted by Augusto Rendon will be restored to their original splendor. The restaurant will have capacity to seat up to 80 outside and 40 inside. Weddings of up to 200 people can be easily accommodated on La Amalia’s stunning grounds. Additionally, the Club will offer food and beverage services at the Pool / Spa Club, Beach / Lake Club (including a Beach Bar), and Wellness Center.
